Great Lakes Equestrian Festival

Located 10 miles south of Elk Rapids in Williamsburg sits Flintfields Horse Park – home of some of the country’s premiere equestrian events. An award-winning facility, the United States Hunter Jumper Association recognized Flintfields as Zone 5 AA Horse Show of the Year in 2011. For four consecutive years it was named in the Top 25 Horse Shows by North American Riders Group, an Olympic-based organization.

Former home of Horse Shows by the Bay, the equestrian facilities’ multiple show rings and barns provide an ideal location for horse shows and high school equestrian events. This year, they’re also introducing the all new Great Lakes Equestrian Festival, a U.S. Equestrian Federation sanctioned event. Whether you’re a competitor or a horse enthusiast, Flintfields’ agrarian setting and picturesque views provide the perfect venue for spectators and competitors.

Located at 6535 Bates Road in Williamsburg, Flintfields will host the first annual Great Lakes Equestrian Festival on July 1 – 26, 2015.
